Thanks — your flooring quote request is on its way

I’ve received your details and I’ll get back to you personally with a quote, usually within one business day. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder, just in case).

What happens next

  • 1
I review your details. I go through the room sizes, floor type and anything you’ve told me about the job.
  • 2
You get a clear, itemised quote. I email you an honest, no-obligation price — materials and installation, broken down so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.
  • 3
We book it in. If the quote suits you, we lock in a time that works and I get the job done properly, start to finish.

What affects the cost of your new floor

Every home is different, so here’s what shapes the price of a flooring and skirting job in Perth. It helps to have these in mind when you’re comparing quotes:

  • Floor type. Laminate, hybrid, timber and bamboo each sit at a different price point and suit different rooms.
  • Total area. Most flooring is priced per square metre, so the size of the space is the biggest single factor.
  • Subfloor condition. A level, sound subfloor installs cleanly; if it needs prep or levelling, that adds to the job.
  • Removing the old floor. Lifting and disposing of existing flooring is extra work worth quoting for.
  • Skirting boards. New or replacement skirting is priced per lineal metre and gives the room a proper finished edge.
  • Stairs, transitions and trims. Stairs and doorway transitions take more time and materials than open floor.

Because it’s just me on every job — no subcontractors — the quote you get is the price I stand behind, and the person quoting it is the person laying your floor.
